Join TM Lindsay Ltd and be part of a specialist team delivering environmental restoration projects across some of the UK’s most scenic locations. Our work includes river restoration, wetland creation, natural flood management, and habitat improvement, helping to protect and restore natural landscapes. This is a hands-on and varied role where you will work across different outdoor project sites, operating machinery and supporting site operations as part of a skilled and supportive team. No two projects are the same, offering the opportunity to work in unique locations while contributing to projects that make a real difference to the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery to support project delivery.
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials where required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure projects run safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience operating machinery in construction, earthworks, or similar environments.
  • Good mechanical knowledge and ability to carry out basic troubleshooting.
  • Valid driver’s licence required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work across varied outdoor project locations.
