This is a hands-on and varied role where you will work across different outdoor project sites, operating machinery and supporting site operations as part of a skilled and supportive team. No two projects are the same, offering the opportunity to work in unique locations while contributing to projects that make a real difference to the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to support project delivery.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials where required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure projects run safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery in construction, earthworks, or similar environments.
• Good mechanical knowledge and ability to carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Valid driver’s licence required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across varied outdoor project locations.
